Demo Mode

Demo mode is a controlled way to explore DBModeler without relying on your own project data.

Use demo mode when you want to:

  • inspect the interface quickly
  • review a sample schema flow
  • test presentation or onboarding scenarios
  • validate product behavior without risking real project data

Demo mode is not intended to replace a regular working project.

Compared with a normal project flow, it is more constrained and intentionally pre-shaped around a sample experience.

Typical differences include:

  • preloaded data or snapshot state
  • environment-controlled behavior
  • limited expectations around persistence and real provider workflows

Demo mode is a good fit for:

  • product walkthroughs
  • internal reviews
  • quick smoke checks of the UI

If you are doing actual modeling work, switch back to a regular project as soon as possible.

Treat demo mode as a guided sample, not as a durable workspace.
