Demo Mode
Demo mode is a controlled way to explore DBModeler without relying on your own project data.
What demo mode is for
Section titled “What demo mode is for”Use demo mode when you want to:
- inspect the interface quickly
- review a sample schema flow
- test presentation or onboarding scenarios
- validate product behavior without risking real project data
How it differs from normal usage
Section titled “How it differs from normal usage”Demo mode is not intended to replace a regular working project.
Compared with a normal project flow, it is more constrained and intentionally pre-shaped around a sample experience.
Typical differences include:
- preloaded data or snapshot state
- environment-controlled behavior
- limited expectations around persistence and real provider workflows
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”Demo mode is a good fit for:
- product walkthroughs
- internal reviews
- quick smoke checks of the UI
If you are doing actual modeling work, switch back to a regular project as soon as possible.
Recommendation
Section titled “Recommendation”Treat demo mode as a guided sample, not as a durable workspace.
